Basic Instructions:
SSL Seal During this online process, we will be collecting names and contact information from you on our secure web site to properly get the conference badges/passes to you in a timely manner. We have hired a third party company to process your credit card information. Your credit card information WILL NOT be stored on GWCEA's web site. (If you decide NOT to order online, you may opt to download the mail-in forms during general registration and manually enter the contact information and mail a check payment instead.)
  1. Multiple individuals can be paid with one credit card transaction.
  2. We do not offer "open" registrations (i.e. without individual's name and home address.)
  3. ALL event badges for registrations will be available for pick up at the conference site.
  4. NO CONFERENCE BADGES WILL BE MAILED.
  5. A confirmation will be sent to each individual at the email address or street address entered.
  6. For each credit card transaction, a confirmation will be sent to the contact's email address entered.
  7. Multiple credit card transactions will not be accepted by our credit card company using the same credit card number, UNLESS there is at least 15 MINUTES between each credit card transaction submission. This is done to insure there is no credit card fraud for your credit card.
    • As a reminder, we are not talking about paying for each individual with a separate credit transaction. You can bundle your individuals together and pay for all of them with ONE credit card transaction.
  8. Once the credit card transaction has been entered and processed by our credit card company, you cannot go back and modify the transaction by adding or subtracting an individual from the transaction. You may risk having duplicate charges made to your credit card.
    • An additional individual must be handled with a new transaction.
    • Use the Contact Us form to contact the Registration Coordinator to make a substitution for a name entered. You must have your order ID for the replacement to be made.
  9. Once a transaction has been paid, there are NO REFUNDS should you decide you cannot attend the conference. You can give your badge to someone else to attend in your absence.
  10. If you are unable to pay by credit card, you may DOWNLOAD, print and fill the form. Mailing and payment instructions are included on the form. Make multiple copies of the form to register multiple individuals.
  11. This on-line registration process is complete ONLY if credit card payment is entered and authenticated. Name(s) entered without paying WILL BE DELETED.
